William Foster, of Clifton, Arizona has telegraphed to Coroner Kleinbub in response to the message sent him yesterday afternoon.  It is his wish that the body of his unfortunate brother be interred at this city at his expense. He gives the Wells Fargo Express as reference. The body will be interred sometime tomorrow, according to present plans. There is considerable speculations as to the cause of his insanity and some importance is attached to his suggestion that he had been drugged. This theory is borne out to some extent by the small amount of money on his person at the time of his death.  A person traveling from England to the far west and especially as well dressed a man as he, would hardly make the trip without allowing himself more funds that $19.50.
